APPEARANCE :

Crémant ELIXA opens with a beautiful, fine, and generous foam, delivering a texture that’s both vibrant and refined. Its pale gold hue, highlighted with soft green-golden tones, hints at the freshness and purity within.

NOSE :

On the nose, ELIXA charms with complex floral aromas, notes of linden blossom and white flowers, interwoven with hints of gooseberry, agrumes and icy minerality.

PALATE :

The first sip reveals a wine that is fresh, round, and vinous, with a beautiful balance between fleshiness and finesse. The long, floral finish leaves a lasting impression of grace and character.
