Story
of the Château

According to the legend, The Duke of Chambord built it as a hunting place. As he was a fervent fan of rooster fighting, he gave “L’Eperon” as the name of the domain because of the spur on the leg of the roosters.

Emblem of France, cock is also the symbol of our Château.
